Content Development
As a learning organisation, element61 stimulates its consultants to further build on their already vast experiences through investments in a Personal Development plan and a company-wide Content Development initiative, leading to own IP (intellectual property).
Through formal training, presence at industry events, networking, recommended reading and internet-based information exchange, our consultants further dive into specialized topics of their interest.
It results -between other- also in what we call "Insights", own produced research content, often complemented by personal experiences and opinions. You will find here the link to our list of published Insights. 90% of our website-visits come outside of Belgium, showing the originality and relevance of our publications.
In our Content Development program we also create training material, presentations for our industry leading Analytics events, develop technology Acceleration Kits and test new versions and inter-operability of the leading technologies we work in.
During our Knowledge Sharing Days, colleagues and external speakers exchange their findings and best practices amongst the teams and knowledge areas.
