During my master's thesis internship at element61 while pursuing my studies in Information Management at KU Leuven, it quickly became evident to me that the company exemplified the ideal workplace environment I had been searching for—a place that offers a blend of intellectual challenge and a supportive community.

This realization became even more apparent after transitioning to a full-time role as an Analytics Analyst in September 2022. Upon my start, I was onboarded through a comprehensive set of trainings offered by my colleagues which gave me the knowledge and confidence necessary to start working on projects and to have direct client interactions. Since then, I've had the opportunity to contribute to various ML and BI projects for clients spanning the automotive, manufacturing and fleet management industries, to name a few. Throughout these projects, I’ve learned not only the technical skills required to deliver an analytics solution but also to better understand the business needs and pain points that an analytics solution seeks to solve.
