Your Kick-Start at element61

Our application process is typically informal and short: not a one size fits all, but with room and space for your own needs. You will talk to Partners and Directors of element61 and be offered the chance to talk to peers. More information can be found here. 

On your first working day at element61, you are welcomed by your team, life@element61 is explained in more detail and your onboarding training program is presented, which prepares you to kick-start your career!  At element61, we offer a Continuous Learning trajectory in the first year: training depending on your specialisation, a Personal Development Plan, Knowledge-Sharing Days and Training Thursdays.
